I bought my Chevy Blazer new 10 years ago, and other than regular maintenance for oil changes, wheel alignments, etc., I've only had to take it into a shop once in that entire time. I broke something in the front axle after hitting one of the many post-winter potholes. I just recently crossed over the 100,000 mile mark, and I have to say this has been the most reliable vehicle I have ever owned. I love my truck, and I ha e taken it on numerous road trips and adventures. As for the cons, I really don't have any. It's been a great vehicle. My Blazer is beginning to show its age, but it's mostly cosmetic. I've managed to rip a small hole in the driver's seat. My heater quit working this past winter. Overall, I've been very happy and have no regrets with my purchase. My only complaint is t... (more)

I bought my Blazer for $800. I have owned it for nine months now and it has served me well in that time. The inside is roomy enough for my 6'2" frame while still allowing for shorter people like my 5'2" mother to drive. The engine is starting to have problems with overheating, but that is going to be a simple fix. It's either the thermostat (unlikely) or the water pump, and I can relatively easily replace either one. So for having over 270,000 miles on it, the engine is in pretty good shape. The only other problems with it are some body damage, the driver side door sagging, needing new tires, and the fuel gage not working (which is way more trouble than it's worth to replace). I've got a 16 year old Chevy Blazer, and it's my daily driver.
Story
My friends and family regularly pile in to go hunting Pokemon. There is enough room for 5 people to fit comfortable, and if you really want to squeeze in you can fit almost double that.
Pros
CD player Electric windows Electric seats Spacious Can carry lots of people to go Pokémon hunting
Cons
Red color

Lofton Chevrolet is an established dealer that has been around for 30+ years. I know they will be around when I need them. They have friendly staff, a good selection of both new and used cars, trucks and vans, and they offer good prices and financing options. They are also in a convenient location.
