The 2004 Chevy Impala gives the enjoyable ride/drive of a sportier car with the roominess and practicality of a family sedan. Seating 6, it allows for more people transport options and has a massive trunk for plenty of cargo room. With expanded options like dual climate controls and lumbar support, the car stays comfortable for everyone. There is a nice balance with this model year of things being modern but yet not so computer controlled that there are many electronic parts to go bad. Many controls are manual, but I actually appreciate that!
Story
I especially loved this vehicle for doing booths at craft fairs. Between the large interior, spacious trunk, and ability to carry a roof-top carrier, it hauled everything for a 10x10 tent full of products! And it was much easier to load/unload than a larger vehicle would have been.
Pros
The car handles beautifully, I sometimes find myself having to listen to be sure it is still running because it is so quiet. The trunk has enough storage space for a great deal of luggage, and I've been able to transport large items within the car itself as well. Seating is very comfortable, and there is plenty of head and leg room in the back as well without the front seat passengers having to sacrifice their own leg room. Gas mileage has proven to be excellent for me, with upper 20s in town and mid 30s on the highway.
Cons
I honestly don't have anything negative to say about this vehicle, which is amazing because I'm fairly picky about details with my cars.

My 2009 Chevrolet Impala is one of my favorite vehicles I have ever owned. I have always been a huge Chevrolet fan and I greatly enjoy being able to say I drive an American vehicle. My car is top notch with leather interior and a Bose speaker system. I actually bought subwoofers and an amp to put in the trunk years ago, and the stock system was better! The two level seat warmers in the driver and front passenger seats are amazing! The trunk is ridiculously large, and the back seat has leg room for the entire family. There have been a few glitches in the car that have needed repeat repairs. One of them is the blend door actuators behind the dashboard (they allow you to change the A/C from cool to heat). Over the 6+ years I have owned this car, I've replaced that part 3 times. It's a pai... (more)
Story
Not fun, but I blew a tire out on the interstate... Lots of characters stopped to try and help while I waited for AAA. Kind of scary, but memorable.
Pros
The sound system is incredible and the vehicle gets good gas mileage. Seat warmers are amazing and my favorite feature!
Cons
Different parts fail often.

As I was thinking of buying a new car. I wanted a used but in really great condition car. The dealership salesman did great in answering all our questions about the car and he was not pushy at all in getting us to buy the car instead he only gave us everything we needed to know about the car. He told us that my credit line was good and that I could be getting the car for a five year payment plan and a little upfront payment of 150 dollars only. He told us our monthly payments and the interest to be paid also. A great guy and a great place to buy the car too.

Every car dealership I have ever been to, with possibly the exception of one or two, has had a nice showroom and collection of their cars, but Carl Black has gone beyond that. For the first time ever, I felt very at ease with the salesman working with me. He gave me information, talked to me on a personal basis, and let me go at my own pace instead of pushing for the sale. Price was worked out and I actually felt like the experience was enjoyable!
