I love my Malibu. It has a spacious interior that looks like a higher-end vehicle than it is. The ride is smooth, and it handles beautifully. The backseat is spacious enough that I don't have to ride in the backseat when my husband is driving, and we have our tall friends along with us. The trunk is big enough to hold all the vegetable we harvest at our community garden, especially in the fall when all the big vegetables are ready. All around, this is the best car I've ever owned. I won't let anyone but my husband drive it, because I don't want anyone else to hurt my precious "Halle."
Story
My husband and I like to get lost on purpose. We just start driving with no destination in mind. We ended up about and hour south of where we live and stopped in a really small town to grab some lunch. We asked a random person walking down the street where the best place to eat was (I wasn't really enthused seeing as how the town was so small), and she pointed us to our destination. It was del... Pros
I would say my biggest pro with my Malibu is the piece of mind I have while driving it. I know that if something happens, the safety features are well thought out and maintained. I've never had trouble with this car at all, with the exception of driving over a nail, and that's not Chevy's fault. The oil changes don't need to be done every 3,000 miles either, which is awesome if you hate going to those places.
Cons
There are only two things that I think could be improved in the Malibu. First is that it does not come with a spare tire. When I called the dealership, they said it was for improved gas mileage. I'd rather pay a little extra in gas and have piece of mind if something happens. It did come with a fix-a-flat kit, but if the side wall of the tire goes out, then that is useless and you have to wait for a tow truck. Second is that the car does not have Wi-Fi (it is the model year before it was a standard). But that really is a first world problem.

It is the usual General Motors piece of crap. My family told me not to mess with Chevys. One year into buying the thing, and I was already having major brake problems. Bought gas at a different gas station then normal two months ago and now the service-engine-soon light is on. Chevy's paint jobs are not meant for the harsh Ohio winters with all the snow on the ground, and Chevy's undercarriage is unable to handle the salt on the road. There is already heavy corrosion. And one of the worst things is that the vent fan only works when you turn it up on high. In order for air-conditioning and heating to be at its most comfortable, the fan must be on medium low to medium at the most. Everyone knows this.
Story
Ran out of gas pulling into a gas station but lucky enough to have momentum to coast to a pump on the correct pumping side.
Pros
I was able to pay outright cash.
Cons
American-manufactured car

The guy who showed me the cars was nice and did not rush me. They had a large selection of used cars. Their prices were fantastic. There was free popcorn and drinks inside for the people who were waiting. They offer free washes for a lifetime with all car purchases.

I recently purchased a used 2011 Camaro from Serpentini Chevrolet. This is actually the second car I purchased from them in the last few years and they are always a pleasure to deal with. There is no hard sell and you can tell they honestly care about their customers. They are laid back and actually brought this car in for me from out of state because it was the color I wanted. They have always gone the extra mile for me!
