I purchased my 2001 Chevy Malibu in 2006. It was five years old at the time, and I bought it without even test riding it, because I read it was a good vehicle. Immediately upon start, it had a tapping noise, however, on further investigation I found that this engine tapping noise was common in this vehicle, especially used, and not anything to worry about. From that day forward I have, and still have, the vehicle, and it has only required regular maintenance and replacement of parts that you would typically see fail from a car this old (2017, it's 16 years old with over 160k miles). The car has held up remarkably well for its age. Comfortable driving, with nice, soft fabric seating which is easily cleaned. Room enough for five occupants without being crammed in. The steering wheel is significantly adjustable and feels quite comfortable in your hands. I would recommend this car based on its age, but a newer model may suit your needs if you were to consider purchasing this brand of car. When I originally brought it, I should add, it did not have tinted windows. If your model does not have tinted windows, it is such a common model that the tinting is relatively cheap.

I love the fact that the car has Bluetooth capability and the bass system that is automatically included. It makes jamming out to my favorite songs while I'm driving so much easier and enjoyable. However, one thing I do not like about the car is that it can take a little bit of time for the temperature to either warm up or cool down, depending on which temperature it is that you are looking for. However, I do also love the space inside of the car. There is plenty of room in the front seat, back seat, and even the trunk!
