I have owned this vehicle for going on thirteen years and have never had a major engine or mechanical issue. With nearly 200,000 miles, I have yet to spend any significant amount of money on this vehicle. I used this car for travel, commuting to work, winter driving, and hauling things for projects at home. The interior is still in good shape, and all mechanical components and digital components like the DVD player are still functioning. The only problem I have had is the CO2 indicator needing to be reset and some issues with the seat warmer. All very reasonable considering the age of the vehicle. Maintenance on the car has been easy -- just the standard oil change every few thousand miles. Gas mileage is poor, but again, that is to be expected with a 4x4 and the size and weight of the car. What I really like is that there is a digital display that gives you instant and average gas mileage as well as the miles before you run out of gas and how close you are to an oil change. I strongly recommend this car.
