2015 Chevrolet Tahoe - Gorgeous massive SUV.
My search for a new SUV to replace my aging Toyota Sequoia did not take that long. I knew from the start that I wanted a Tahoe. The 2015 styling of the truck make it one of the prettiest around, especially with the shiny deep black clear coat and optional 20" rims. This car is very pretty, quite an eye catcher. In addition, it sports a lot of the newest creature comforts, like USB ports all over the place, a pop up NAV screen with storage behind it, and supposedly better mileage than my gas guzzling Sequoia as well as a good towing capability (I have a large boat to tow as well)
Story
Driving up to a bar at night - got some heartfelt compliments on the style/appearance of this truck. However - that isn't unusual with this truck.
Pros
Definitely the appearance, particularly with the optional 20" rims, the mileage, and the towing capacity. It also has decent power and is quite comfortable,.
Cons
One major disappointment is the live rear axle, which results in the rear end of the vehicle hopping around way too much when large bumps are hit. In addition, the storage capacity in the rear of the vehicle is disappointing in comparison to my old but very loved Sequoia.
Fuel economy on the highway isn't what I would have liked....it doesn't hit the advertised ratings at real world driving speeds. It will if you want to go 55 mph though.
2004 Chevrolet Tahoe - Tahoe Review
I own a 2004 Chevy Tahoe. I bought it when it was 2 years old and have owned it for the last 10 years. It has been a very reliable truck with few issues. I drive it mostly during the week back and forth to the train station and my wife drives it in the winter on bad snow days. I also use the truck for when I go hunting. It has done very well driving out in the country, which doesn't always have well paved roads. It serves us well for when we are taking road trips and family vacations. The 3rd row seating makes it very easy to fit all group sizes for where ever we have needed to go, which is usually taking a large group of boys to their soccer games.
Story
we had a great time driving to a soccer game with 5 boys all riding in the truck
Pros
The thing my wife and I like most about the Tahoe are the traction for driving in winter and the heated leather seats. We also love the sun roof as well as the remote start - great for cold winters.
Cons
Something that we have disliked about our Tahoe is the gas mileage is not very good. One thing that can be improved on is the ease in taking out the 3rd row seating. Not sure if newer models have them able to fold down into the floor board.

What made this dealership great is that they weren't pushy or salesy at all. They treat you like a friend, and also work with you on pricing.
