2007 Chrysler Town and Country - I love my Town & Country.

I have owned this vehicle since 2009, and I am second owner. I purchased it when I acquired grandchildren, because I was driving a convertible, and for safety sake, I traded it in. It rides smoothly, and has great pick up and ease in quick breaking. I've had very little motor problems, and the vehicle which had about 17,000 miles on it when purchased. It now has over 120,000. We have driven it over 1,600 miles at a time from home to family and never had a break down. It is roomy in back with back seats to be lowered or raised as needed.

Story

Once I lost a friend's globe of the world, because I opened the wrong door, it rolled out, and I didn't know it.

Pros

The perks on this van are wonderful for driving, shopping, hauling kids around, or driving my friends. I love the automatic door openings and closing with the push of a button, especially when I have groceries or a child in my arms. My van has a DVD player mounted in the center for the kids to view their favorite Veggie Tales while we are driving. The van came loaded with Sirius XM, which is great. Cons

One disadvantage to the DVD player is that my back window is darkened, and it is difficult to see out of the back, especially at night. The sun roof is fun to have, especially since I had to trade my convertible. Of course, with a van comes more fuel usage, but I am happy with about 30-35 miles per gallon on a trip. In town, it is probably 15 mpg. Not happy with the location of spare tire under the floor in the front, between two seats. Very difficult to access when needed.

1996 Chrysler Town and Country - Good Family Van

I like this van. It is an older car, but it still performs very well. Most all the factory accessories work great after all these years. It has so much room in the van, you could actually spend time in it on a very long trip and never feel cramped. It has comfortable seating and room for all. This Chrysler Town and Country has delivered years of comfortable and reliable miles to our family. It has extras on it and they sure do come in handy. I like this van a lot and would almost consider buying another one if it would last and perform half as good as this one has served us. I love that the van tells you how many miles to the gallon you are getting as you travel down the road. Story

I had a great time taking this to the beach. When we went, however, it had not rained at the beach in a long time and the sand was like sugar so we got stuck. Other cars were getting stuck too though, so we all chipped in and helped pull each other out of our ruts. We had a blast the rest of the time!

Cons

Not many negatives except the paint job will not last a full 20 years. Other than that no other complaints.
