When I first saw the Chrysler Town and Country Touring, I fell in love! We continued to shop around for a while, but nothing was comparable. Between the extra storage underneath, the automatic doors and trunk, and the capability to store the second and third row into the floor, I can't really choose my favorite feature! At 160,000 miles, it is still a great runner. We have not had a problem yet! The gas mileage is unbeatable; 25 miles to the gallon (highway) has us visiting family without breaking the bank. Above all, I can't imagine toting the kids to practices and games in anything else. Between the trunk and under-storage, we have plenty of room for equipment, folding chairs, blankets, and coolers. It is definitely the perfect car for a soccer mom, but has style and comfort that my ... (more)
Story
We took my vehicle on a girls' weekend 50 miles away from home. We filled the tank, then headed to our destination! While there, we took the van to go shopping a few times and eat out at restaurants, before returning another 50 miles to get back home. After filling the tank upon returning, we were astonished to see that it only took $11 to refill the tank! Wow!
Pros
Radio control buttons on the steering wheel support safe driving habits. Separate temperature controls for driver, passenger, and rear occupants ensure everyone is comfortable. Digital display reports direction, temperature, low tire warnings, and miles until empty, while also recording miles until next service. Safety feature prevents sliding doors from opening when not in park.
Cons
When sliding door is closing, it will reopen if gear is switched out of park before it is completely shut.

The automatic door features on this vehicle make loading three kids super easy. It has really fast and smooth acceleration for such a big vehicle. The ability to link my smartphone to the audio system makes for less distracting driving but it was challenging to set up initially.
Story
When making a long trip, we had to stop to feed our newborn in a burger king parking lot. Normally our older kids would have been restless but the DVD kept them distracted. Plus, the van is roomy enough that the baby could be taken out of his seat and comfortably fed in the backseat.
Pros
The DVD player and screen are the best feature for our family. The headphones only add to that because my husband and I do not have to listen to the movie while we're in the front seat. Car seats attach easily to the LATCH system. Storage space in the stow and go areas keeps the floor area clean so the kids don't trip over stuff when we make pit stops on long road trips. The back has plenty of room for cargo. The seats are leather so they can be easily wiped off. There are plenty of cup holders around the van and plenty of front storage for the accumulation of kids DVDs.
Cons
Sometimes it shifts hard from park to drive. This may be specific to our van because we bought it used.
