When I first saw the Chrysler Town and Country Touring, I fell in love! We continued to shop around for a while, but nothing was comparable. Between the extra storage underneath, the automatic doors and trunk, and the capability to store the second and third row into the floor, I can't really choose my favorite feature! At 160,000 miles, it is still a great runner. We have not had a problem yet! The gas mileage is unbeatable; 25 miles to the gallon (highway) has us visiting family without breaking the bank. Above all, I can't imagine toting the kids to practices and games in anything else. Between the trunk and under-storage, we have plenty of room for equipment, folding chairs, blankets, and coolers. It is definitely the perfect car for a soccer mom, but has style and comfort that my ... (more)
Story
We took my vehicle on a girls' weekend 50 miles away from home. We filled the tank, then headed to our destination! While there, we took the van to go shopping a few times and eat out at restaurants, before returning another 50 miles to get back home. After filling the tank upon returning, we were astonished to see that it only took $11 to refill the tank! Wow!
Pros
Radio control buttons on the steering wheel support safe driving habits. Separate temperature controls for driver, passenger, and rear occupants ensure everyone is comfortable. Digital display reports direction, temperature, low tire warnings, and miles until empty, while also recording miles until next service. Safety feature prevents sliding doors from opening when not in park.
Cons
When sliding door is closing, it will reopen if gear is switched out of park before it is completely shut.

I purchased this vehicle because it had low mileage at the time of purchase, and the price was great. I was leery about buying a used vehicle, but I could be more happy. Over 100,000 miles later, and the Town & Country is till running strong. Living in a cold climate, it is important that the vehicle starts every time, and this one did. I never once had to jump start or replace the battery because the vehicle wouldn't start. Other than the recommended oil changes, through 95,000+ miles of ownership, I never had to do a single mechanical repair. I would recommend the Chrysler Town & Country to anyone that wants a reliable vehicle that just keeps on running.
Story
I was able to carry four dogs back and forth to the beach without them having to sit on each other. The Stow-n-Go seating made it easy to stash the seats, leaving a large area for the dogs to relax during the ride.
Pros
Very reliable, limited repairs. Stow-n-Go seating makes carrying large items (plywood) simple and quick. Decent mileage for a large minivan. V-6 engine provides passing power when needed.
Cons
Air conditioning system leaked after a few years. Body rust prevalent on these models. Wheels became discolored and pitted after a few years. Remote opening of side doors and rear gate made life a lot easier.
