From the time this vehicle was purchased the auto close on the side doors hasn't worked. The brakes have gone out twice. The warning lights have gone on and off several times. The dealer says there is nothing wrong with the car. The accessory take a toll on the battery very quickly. The gas mileage is terrible driving in town. It is hard to see out of. There is no pick up from the engine. There is very little leg room in the front. There is NO leg room in the passage area. The seats are uncomfortable. We have had problems with the transmission slipping. There is no room in the back of the van. The van appears cheap and flimsy. The interior color is not a good color. The automatic keys are not attractive. The carpeting appears cheap. The guards on the seats of in the back came off too e... (more)
Story
We always use the DVD player at Christmas time to watch Christmas movies when we go to and from school. The kids love to sing Christmas carols and this is a good time to do it.
Pros
The safety back up is great. The sound system is good. The DVD player is nice for the kids. The turning radius is good. The van preforms well on snow. The suspension appears adequate. I enjoy being able to stow the seats. I like that it can carry 7 people. I like having the auto shut doors on the sides. I like that the doors slide and not open out. I like the auto open on the hatch in the back. The ability to play music, etc from your phone is great. Easy in and out for the folks in the back. Window shades on all the windows in the back is good. The van sets low to the ground so its easy f... (more)

I never thought I'd be a minivan person, but the Town and Country has changed my mind! I don't think I'd go back to an SUV again for my 3 kids. There is a ton of room for everyone to fit comfortably, and the DVD player is easy to use and keeps the kids occupied on long car rides. The seats fold up and disappear, which is great when we have a lot of stuff or the dogs with us. It is also great for storage when the seats are upright. There is an abundance of cup holders, and the sliding doors are incredibly helpful for the kids. We have driven the heck out of this van and have had no real issues after 3 years and 90,000 miles. We have only had to do minor repairs. The one thing that I wish the car had was the ability to tell you what tires are low when the low air light comes on. My previ... (more)
Story
The teachers in the car pool line often don't realize the doors open on their own, which leads to some confused teachers sometimes.
Pros
There are a ton of positive things about this vehicle. I love the did player. I also love the sliding doors. The cup holders are very helpful and the stow and go seats are handy, especially when making long trips. The fact that we have not had to do any major work on the van since we've had it is also great. It is really holding up very well!
Cons
Not knowing the tire pressure easily is my main negative thing about this van. I wish it had a display on the dash that gave the tire pressure of each tire. The back seat is also hard to fit 3 car seats in. It is a little off center (due to how the seats fold down, I think), which makes it hard to use certain types of car seats.

The salesman we worked was very helpful and attentive. Not only did we get a loan on the van with a 0% interest for the lifetime of the loan but we also had our taxes paid by the dealership along with a lifetime power train warranty! Couldn't ask for a better deal!
