The Escape provides a smooth ride even when in AWD. This car is suitable for a family. It has an ample trunk size that fits all our martial arts equipment including long staffs. The back seats go down and provide more room for equipment or even for shopping bags. The Sync feature has a parent lock and allows one to block certain radio stations. The phone feature is excellent so that no one is reaching for a cell phone and letting go of the wheel. If you don't want to use the voice features the steering wheel provides all controls. The fact that I do not have to manually transfer to AWD is very helpful. The Escape has intelligent drive which makes me feel safe when in bad weather. I like the color choices and the different features you have to choose from. My last car was an Escape SE and because I loved it I upgraded to the Titanium. My next car will also be an Escape, which will be in two years when my lease is up. This is by far the best car I have owned and it is definitely the safest.

I love my 2016 Ford Escape! The size of it is perfect for me since I am a new mother and also short in stature. Being able to get the car seat in and out of the car is essential to my daily life and the Ford Escape makes it so simple! The operation of the vehicle has good quality. There are no rattles or random sounds as I drive and the features available are very nice. I have heated leather seats and electric/power windows/seats and mirrors. The touch screen controls are great and they can also be used via voice activation (i.e., for phone calls). Connecting my Bluetooth device is simple and the quality of the sound is excellent as well. The vehicle rides smoothly and since my vehicle is an AWD model, it does EXCELLENT in the ice and snow. the vehicle is very sassy, meaning that it drives like a sports car, but sits higher up like a regular SUV, making it easier to see the road and manage the vehicle, even in the snow! The seats fold down to give ample storage space in the back area, and there are also air vents to produce heat and air conditioning in the back area.
