I like the 7.3 liter turbo diesel engine. They have stopped making them. This truck could tow five tons without sweating. The model I bought was lifted, so I had no problem with clearance. The cab was comfortable, even though I am a tall person--6'6".

The 1999 Ford F-350 Diesel has been a great truck. It worked great hauling a loaded car trailer, too. The fuel mileage is ok, for a truck, even when hauling. We have not had any major issues. We do routine maintenance on regular basis, and it has kept up nicely.
