I called them and they were very apologetic and shipped one out to me the very next day. I couldn't have been happier. I would definitely buy from them again.

When I finally approached the gentleman, who had first inquired if I needed help, he was very considerate of my needs and desires. I never felt as if I was being pressed to make a purchase. Once I made my intentions and my financial situation clear, he worked with me and even offered a substantial reduction in the final price for the vehicle that I desired to buy.
