There are a couple of problems with this car, one major and one minor. There is also a BIG third problem, which is probably the biggest and the reason I will never buy Honda again. They do not stand behind their product even when they know there is a design flaw. The air conditioner in the car has never worked for more than a couple of weeks. I have replaced it three times, and each time it breaks within a few weeks, and when it breaks, it does so catastrophically so that everything needs replacing. The internet is full of people with the same problem. Apparently it is a design flaw. There is a class action suit, but I do not have my receipts. I would never trust Honda cars again because they do not stand behind their product. They should have recalled all the cars with the AC problem and fixed them. Apparently they think it is not a life-threatening problem, but it surely could be, especially in Southern Arizona where I live. The interior finish on the car is also cheap feeling, and has developed rattles. I had hoped it would be more durable since it is a four-wheel drive vehicle. It is also annoying that the cigarette lighter outlets go dead when the car is turned off, especially if you need to charge your phone. On the plus side, I can say I haven't really had much problem with the engine of the car. It gets me from point A to point B pretty reliably. The gas mileage is not that great, about 18-20 mpg. It does occasionally run rough.

This vehicle is very versatile and can be suitable for most personal situations, whether you are solo or have a large family. The quality of the interior is the best as it has many features that were top-of-the-line at the time of its make, and still remains true even to this day. It has heated seats, which is my favorite feature by far.
