The 2006 Lexus IS250 AWD is a small car which packs a big punch. Even though the car may be slightly undesirable towards its IS350 counterpart, the IS250 still has enough drive to push you back in your seat. The IS250 is compact, and has a sleek look; a look which has not changed much through the past eight years, giving a six year old car a modern feel. The leather and wood interior of the IS250 are nothing short of superb. The backseat space is lacking, however. For taller individuals over 6 feet, the car may not be for you. The gas mileage is average, about 21 miles city and highway. The car is fun to drive with the sport mode and the paddle shifters. As a Lexus, the maintenance is relatively low as well. The quality of the car is equal to European cars at a discounted price. The handling is very tight and responsive while giving a comfortable and quiet ride inside.
