They were friendly and respectful and encouraged me to research the model I was interested in before purchasing, which I appreciated. They were not "pushy salespeople" when it came time to consider aftermarket products, but responded to my questions honestly and professionally. I also appreciated their follow-up questions to check on the car a few months after purchase - it felt as though they were actually interested in maintaining a professional relationship with me, and in ensuring I was happy with the sale.

I found their representative and service very fast speedy. The minute I walk in I was greeted by reception and was told a representative would meet me shortly. Not 5 minutes later was I already being taken care of. The dealer was very negotiable and very understanding. I was shown a choice of cars to my specifications, and 2 hours later I was driving home in a new vehicle.
