The staff was incredibly knowledgeable about the specific model I was looking for and were far less aggressive in their sales tactics than I was expecting. Overall, they were friendly and still helpful even when I had made it clear that I was not likely to purchase a vehicle at this location.

There was no pressure at all from the sales person. They were attentive but then left us alone so we could talk. Worked to do everything they could to give us the best deal. After the sale, the sales person called us every few days to make sure we were happy. They sent an email thanking us. There was no book with the car so the salesman ordered one for us and called a few days later telling us when it would be in.
