Used Audi A4 for Sale in Jacksonville, FL

I have purchased several Volkswagens at the dealership next door and the Audi dealership is part of the same automotive group. The staff was very professional and patient and were willing to work with me on getting the price I wanted. I had come in with check in hand and they managed to get me an even lower interest rate than what I had and I thought what I had was really low. I had one IOU which required a part to be ordered and they had that resolved in a reasonable amount of time.

I just bought my second car there last week. In and out in under 3 hours and I got the exact car I wanted. Everyone at the dealership is a professional and the excitement of driving that car off of the lot was fantastic. I've received 2 followup calls since then to make sure everything met my expectations. They've really got a good group there and treat the customer right.

Professional staff, attentive from start to end, extremely knowledgeable in the product line. Every bit of the process was great. We came from check in hand but they managed to get us an even better rate than our local bank which had a good rate to start. I've been back several times for normal maintenance and they are consistent.

I wanted a specific model, color and upgrades, and they went to great lengths to find exactly what I wanted and did not overly upcharge me for the effort. My car is not one of their more expensive models, but they treated me as though it was. The service department is wonderful - very responsive, very informative, very professional.
