Even though this is considered a luxury vehicle, it is far from the luxury standard. The vehicle is a crossover SUV with black paint, black leather seats, and tinted windows. When first purchasing the vehicle, it rode very smooth.

Nice vehicle with friendly service. The newly purchased SRX comes with bumper-to-bumper warranty for 50,000 or 4 yrs. They also offer free routine maintenance as part of their warranty. However, I have had some engine issues after less than a year of having the vehicle. The front engine had to be removed because there was coolant in one of the spark plug hubs. The service dealership I brought the vehicle to was not the same one I purchased it from. It took three different occasions for them to finally diagnose the problem. However, I still have slight acceleration problems every now and then. The service agent told me that it is a common thing for the SRX and the factory does not know what the cause is.
