This dealership helped us to get into a car the same day even though we had a recent (2 yrs. prior) bankruptcy from medical bills. With documentation of our income and personal references we were able to get our car. Yes the payments are high $258 every two weeks but it is certainly better than not having a car at all. We had to sell both vehicles to purchase our house (to use the $ as down payment) and we were needing a good reliable family vehicle so this helped us to get a car without needing good credit. Our credit was destroyed by my hospital bills which we could not pay so we were really in a fix there. But we wound up with a car and a house so we are really feeling blessed and are so thankful Smart Motors gave us a second chance at the American Dream.

When buying an auto of any kind from this store. Be sure you compare the window sticker to the deal sheet. If they offer any rebates, those rebates will be used toward over priced add-ons you'll not have a choice about. They will not sell an auto without them. If you have a $2000 rebate, it means you need to add $2000 to the deal. The last visit they should have washed my car, applied the paint sealant, changed my oil. The car was there all day and what I received was paint sealant applied over my dirty car. No wash inside and out as agreed. No oil change. They said they did it but did not. This is the third time they applied the paint sealant over a dirty car and now need to have it buffed for $200. They were dirty hand prints everywhere. I just left. In 8 hours they couldn't do the job so sending it back won't make a difference. Will not be returning to this dealership. Wouldn't it be comforting to know you have a place to go to get a fair deal? This is not one of those places. Be very careful of this place if you must go. I recommend not shopping here at all. Plenty of other places in the valley.
