We first went to the Cuyahoga Falls branch, but the car I wanted to look at wasn't there. The Spark is a good car, but I would buy from them again because of the way the people there have always treated me, not just when I bought the car but every time I bring it for service.

They were willing to work with us and our budget. They allowed us to choose what bank we wanted to work with, our own bank that we have another loan through, for ease of payments. They knew and understood this was an older truck and was going to need repairs more often than a new truck. They were willing to budge on the price a bit more due to this. They were honest about the problems with the truck, the fact it had no air conditioning, that they tried to fix it and were unsuccessful. This was really the only problem with the truck. This was the reason they budged on their price more as well.
