Overall this is a solid vehicle. We have had no major problems with it. The cargo area is big enough for groceries. The rear row of seats is big enough for 3 small kids and the applicable car seats that they have. Vehicle ride is smooth. The only complaints I have is that sometimes it's hard to make tight turns due to the AWD being on always. Seeing side blind spots is also rather tough.
