Chevrolet Equinox Jacksonville, IL OWNER RATINGS & REVIEWS

Safe and reliable.
It has been a great, family vehicle. I have had little problems with it since I bought it. I was always told the Equinox are very reliable, and that is what made me check into one. It is good on gas for an SUV. It is very safe and reliable. I love how it looks. I've always wanted and an SUV rather than a car, because it's able to load things in the back, and since I have kids, it's better because we all have more room.

I really like driving my Equinox.
The vehicle itself is very nice. I like the comfort as well as the features. I wish the hatch area (opening) was a bit larger. It's easy to transport large items in the vehicle. It's just not always easy getting them in.

I really liked them because one they were not pushy. Two they really worked with me on having my down payment. They let me drive my car home that day but give them a postdated check for the deposit.

Had a good experience. The process did not drag and the sales person was helpful and understanding. The price was also great and the car in good condition. Professional and knowledgeable.
