Good starter car for first time drivers and takes many miles
Although I've had to have an engine replacement and work on my brakes in this car, it's been so good to me. It's a long car, but it provides a lot of space, and there are no blind spots. It's great on gas and runs extremely smooth on the highway. Not a girly car to say the least, but it gets the job done. As long as you get routine oil changes and it's looked at, then this car is great for anyone.

Best friend.
My 2004 Chevy Impala was like a best friend. I ran up a lot of miles on this car and traveled a lot of different places in this sedan and never ever ran into issues once I replaced the engine. I did have my windshield wipers fail on me during a thunderstorm once before with 3 other people in my car so that wasn't a great experience, I didn't think the rumor that Chevy has terrible wipers was true until then. I honestly loved how much room I had in the car, especially in the trunk. I also prefer carpet seats over leather because it feels so much more cozier.

The sales persons were very friendly and well educated on the vehicles I was looking at but also did not pressure too much about buying a vehicle. The price was very fair and affordable. Also, there was an issue with my vehicles ignition within the first 2 months of owning it and when I took it back they took care of the issue free of charge and very quickly, there has not been an issue since. Overall the buying experience and customer service experience was fantastic.

This dealership was a great experience. They made me feel comfortable, and gave me an extremely decent price on my trade-in, which I had assumed I would probably pay to have towed away. What I really liked was the fact that they took me over to the financing office, the repair shop, the body shop etc. I knew that I was buying from a place that wouldn't just sell me a car, but meet all my needs. I also wasn't upsold. When I told them the types of cars that I was looking for, they made recommendations for me and helped me choose. It never felt forced.
