Used Chevrolet Tahoe for Sale in Amarillo, TX

I purchased this used 2001 Chevrolet Tahoe about 16 years ago at a good price. It has been very dependable. I drive it to work every day, run errands, and take my large family out once or twice a week. It is well built and strong enough for heavy loads and towing. I like that it is sturdy, with the stability and high frame for rough roads without feeling like a wheel will fall off or that the bumper won't hit a steep driveway entrance or the cement barrier of a parking spot. The seats are very comfortable, and the steering wheel can be adjusted for many different driver heights. The rear view mirror shows the outside temperature and compass direction when key is turned on, a very nice feature to have. It has a luggage rack on top and a AM/FM radio with CD player. The A/C and heating, which works very well for front and back seat passengers.

The Tahoe has about 200,000 miles on it, and has had no major issues in terms of dollars to fix, but has numerous problems that have been a nuisance. The driver's side running light won't function, despite being "fixed' once, and many other examples have been passed on the road with the same problem. Seems Chevy would voluntarily fix them at no cost to the owner, since it amounts to bad advertising for them. The fuel pump located inside the fuel tank is a weak point, I'd prefer a more serviceable and long-lived solution.
