My mom had purchased her Jeep from the same salesman, and I'd heard a great review from her. He set up an appointment to see me once he'd heard I was also looking to buy a vehicle. I am always kept in the know when I come here. I usually always work with Charlie Burkhardt when I come to get my car serviced. Charlie is always awesome and takes the time to explain what the manufacturer suggests I get done. I live nowhere near whitemarsh, I actually live closer to the Westminster Chevy but make the drive because of the customer service and atmosphere.
