They were very helpful and attentive to my needs. My mother was along with me and they took the time to involve her in the conversation, in her native language. Whenever my car is due for service, they send both a flyer by mail, as well as a phone call to inquire when I would like to come in. All in all they are very friendly and took all the time I needed to help me reach a decision.
