Great car for starting drivers.
What I like about my car is that it is perfect for a first time drivers just like myself. Runs smoothly and most of all, I did not have any issues with it from the very first time I got and used it.

Fun and Utility in one
My first experience with the Dodge Caliber was a rental while hiking in Alaska, and it convinced me to buy one for my wife. Immediately upon sitting in the vehicle she fell in love, and we purchased a decent one with relatively low miles. She's about 5'6" and loves the feel of the driver's seat. The stereo and climate controls are easily within reach even for her short arms. I on the other hand, and 6'5" and though it is a nice vehicle, my legs are a bit cramped by the driver-centric control panel. The rest of the vehicle, though, is great, with plenty of room for taller passengers. The back seats fold down, giving plenty of space to haul all the bags of chicken and rabbit feed we could possibly desire. The Continuously Variable Transmission(CVT) is an odd duck to get used to, but works well with the powerful 2.4Ltr engine to give the little crossover a good "get up and go" feel. The only trouble we've had so far was in the front end. Upon realizing that our brand new tires had worn out in less than 6000 miles, it went to a mechanic. He told us that the OEM control arms on the calibers were notorious for going bad early, but we replaced them with lifetime warrantied parts. Now, I'd love to take this thing for a tour around the nation with a rear hatch full of camping gear. This car is fun, comfortable, and highly versatile.
