I was apprehensive about them because the dealership located here used to be under different ownership. It used to be a very high ranking Dodge dealership. However I was determined to get a Dodge Durango and this is the location of my last purchase so I went ahead with the purchase there. They were unbelievably excellent. I needed the car for a road trip that weekend so they went ahead and rushed the prep so I could use the vehicle and then I brought it back for the full after-sale prep work (cleaning, and all that) They did all this and gave me a free loaner car to use while they did this. I met with the manager of the detail department at the time and he told me I could bring the vehicle back anytime for a showroom detail for a fraction of what I had been paying another company. He saw that we have dogs as he had to remove a lot of hair after our trip and realized out needs and jumped on the chance to help! The sales experience prior to this was also exceptional. I walked in expecting to be mobbed by sales reps. But I was allowed to browse the lot and the showroom a bit before even being approached and then it was a simple, "Hi, can I help you find anything." I knew exactly what I wanted... Was allowed to bypass all the sales nonsense right away and go straight to finance department to work that out. Was done in a couple hours and drove off with the vehicle right then. Great people, great place. Oh - and almost as an afterthought, since the service was so good, I paid less than what I was prepared to after doing a lot of online research.
