Best family SUV for the no-van mom.
I love my Dodge Journey. I like the third row, the different controls for temperature, and the hidden compartments. I love the mileage on the highway. Driving from Kentucky to North Carolina on a tank of gas is amazing. I love the extra room and how the seats lay down to haul things. I don't like that you have to keep pulling the seat up to get to the third row and that food, dirt, etc. gets stuck near sliding rails. I can't reach it. It performs amazing. No issues since I bought it besides a minor recall, and the dealership fixed it quickly.

Truth about Dodge
I really like the looks of this vehicle. I did not want a van but did not want a huge SUV so I settled for a Journey. I like the sporty look to it and how it has a sunroof. My favorite parts are the sunroof, heated seats, and remote start. With three kids in car seats, I love that I can still fit them three across in the back. I have had some problems from the beginning. One being my brakes. My brakes have been changed multiple times, and my car still shakes really bad when I brake. It also has been having transmission problems, and this is a reason we are trading it in tomorrow. As much as I love the looks, it has been a lot of problems when it comes to my brakes and transmission. Overall, it is a nice car and will get you where you need to go. Once it hit 150,000 miles, the car started to dramatically go downhill. I have also had fuses go out, and it's been a pain trying to fix the right one. If I had the option to buy it again, I would but only if it was a newer one with less miles. I would also go for the third-row option because my kids can fit, but they sure do argue a lot being that close!
