Overall, I would say using this vehicle was a good experience. It helped me get to and from school and move my pets around. It was a comfortable ride, fitted all my needs and was reliable. Honestly though, outside of comfort and having a decent amount of space, there isn't a lot to complain about. I wouldn't recommend if you have a large family. The Ford dealer mentioned that the fluids would last throughout the transmission's lifespan, and they did, but my technician also mentioned that I may experience transmission issues.

I like my Edge.

I like my Ford Edge. I have a 2013 Ford Edge limited. I have about 45,000 miles on it. I have had almost no issues with the vehicle so far. I like the size of the vehicle for the price. Gas mileage is decent, and the pickup speed isn't bad either.

The individual who sold me the car was very helpful and responsive to what I wanted. He wasn't pushy. He got me a good deal on a trade-in and was very helpful in getting the features I wanted. He explained everything I needed to know and allowed me to take a test drive. The financing department was helpful and straight-forward in describing what I would be responsible for. From beginning to end it was a seamless process.

I received a great price. Everyone I dealt with was very professional. The credit department went out of their way to find me a very low interest rate on my loan. The hours that the dealership was open were also convenient for my work schedule. I decided not to trade in my vehicle because the offer was low and no one was upset with me about it.
