Wonderful & spacious.
I love my vehicle & how spacious it is. It provides a ton of room, without feeling like a boat. It is very stylish and doesn't feel like a "mom van" at all. I have had little-to-no problems with the mechanics of my car- nothing that cost much to fix, anyway. The price is a little high, but the reviews from other people assured me that it is well worth it, & my car will likely hold its value. The Ford dealership has been a dream to work with, and I feel completely comfortable with every routine maintenance that has been performed.

Was a great experience with Tim Short in Whitesburg, KY. I already knew the car I was wanting and that they had it in stock. I came prepared with market value and what their asking price was. I also already secured financing, so all I had to do was negotiate and fair price for the vehicle I wanted and a great price for my trade in. They was more than willing to adjust on several factors to make the buying price a go. Would recommend to anyone.

They made everything so easy. Negotiations with the salesman were simple. We were able to do a lot of the negotiating over the phone which saved some time since we live 30 minutes away from the dealership. All that was left was test driving the Ford Explorer and signing paperwork. We have bought 2 more vehicles from the same family of dealerships since then.
