The service was top notch all throughout the buying process. There was little pressure to buy and I was surprised that they didn't bring out a "closer" to try to seal the deal. I was told that they were very picky about their used cars and that they stand behind them. I actually had a problem with the vehicle a few days after purchase and they took care of it, even though they didn't have to. I mentioned this to the follow up satisfaction call.

They stayed after closing a few days specifically to get our paperwork done, let us take test drives, and such. They were able to answer all of our questions. We called ahead of time to see if they could hold this car for us, and they did without any issues. They were nice, open, and honest throughout, and fun to talk to. We had a lot in common so small talk was easy. Their repair diagnostic test is great, as they just hook it up to a machine to tell you what's wrong.
