My opinion
This was the most non-stressful experience I've had with purchasing a vehicle. Placements of storage areas, doors, and under the dash are ridiculous...not at all reachable from the driver's seat.

The customer service was out of this world! The let us test drive the vehicles of our choice alone, without the dealer. They answered all of our questions. We got the price we wanted for the vehicle and were out the door with the new Ford in under 2 hours. The Ford runs beautifully and we could not be more pleased.
