I received several hand written letters, no printed material explaining how thankful they are and that they are looking for to doing more business with me. I can tell they put a lot of effort into their customers and that's what makes them great.

I liked it because it was a nice, christian business - not like other used car dealerships, which exist to screw you over and bilk you out of your money. They revealed all mechanical problems with the vehicle that they knew about, and even took off $100 from the price because the brakes were worn down. How many dealerships would do that? Overall, it was a very satisfying experience.
