Zimmerman Ford had a large inventory of Escapes in stock, in both gas and hybrid models. They had the vehicle that had everything I wanted and in my second and third color choices. The staff was well educated about the Ford product line and customer driven in their dealings with me. But best of all was the actual sales experience. Having done my research, I got exactly what I was willing to spend for the Escape I selected. They made their offer, I countered with my "best & final offer." The sales manger personally came to me with the invoice and showed me how much profit was in my offer and explained that we were $112 from a deal. He agreed to give me 12 oil and filter changes, if I accepted his price. The entire sale process took less than 30 minutes.
