I was very pleased with the road handling and acceleration of the vehicle. It corners well and has no problems with hills and uneven surfaces. The braking is smooth; the automatic four-wheel drive has engaged seamlessly. The interior was more spacious than I had anticipated. The drive seat has electronic adjusting and lumbar support. Now for the sound system. I loved the fact that Sirius radio was included as well as usb port for a thumb drive. The sound is very good and outside noise is well muffled. My favorite feature internally, though, is the sun roof. Overall, this car has exceeded my expectations in every way, and I would highly recommend it!

Upon getting in the Ford Escape, you start to realize that it isn't like any other SUV. It is small, yet big enough for most people. It looked fairly nice, with a nice color to compliment its curves. The quality of this vehicle was much better than any other Ford I had driven, which surprised me. It was a quiet ride and there were no blind spots. It was almost like a perfect SUV. It was never in the shop, which completely contradicts Fords reputation. The gas mileage was mediocre, I'd say 21 mpg in the city, 29 mpg on the highway. It was a fun car, with peppy acceleration to add to it. the brakes were great and prevented many accidents. The handling was just a bit mediocre due to the car being top heavy. I felt very safe in that car and was always in total control.
