The Ford Escape is, overall, a great vehicle. It provides plenty of room for six people and is really quite comfortable. Even the basic trim package provides exceptional options. The backup camera comes standard, along with Bluetooth connectivity. Having steering wheel controls allows you to keep your eyes on the road. The handling of the Escape is, overall, really good. For a SUV, you don’t feel very much body roll at all. I consistently get over 30 miles per gallon from the Escape and usually only spend about twenty five dollars to fill the gas tank. The technology Ford has put into the new models of their vehicles shows that they are actively trying to improve the quality and reliability of their vehicles. I believe that the Ford Escape will stand up over time. I believe I will not experience many mechanical or electrical issues with the vehicle through the time I own it. I also believe that the overall cost of ownership will be good compared to other vehicles of similar size and trim levels. Overall, I am very pleased with this vehicle.

I bought a 2009 silver Ford Escape in 2016. It has been one of the best cars that I have ever had. I bought it with close to 80,000 miles on it, and it was in great condition. The only problem I had with the car in the process of buying it was slight rusting about the wheel of the vehicle. It is spacious, and if the trunk doesn't have enough space, then you can always put down the back seats to fit more into it. I have moved a lot of my house with this vehicle. I could fit most of my items except large furniture. It was also very affordable in price. I was able to get the 3 year warranty on it for a good deal as well. However, the car is so great that I did not have to use it once. The only repairs that I have had to do were either minor or they were normal maintenance that all cars need. The air conditioner stopped working briefly, but when I took it to the shop, it was a computer malfunction within the car. Therefore, I didn't have to replace anything expensive. I have also put new tires on the vehicle, brake pads, and had routine oil and filter changes. Overall, this car has given me less trouble than any other car that I have bought.
