The dealer, though still a bit aggressive, was very kind and patient with me. They understood that I didn't want anything too fancy, and thus didn't push too hard on the extra features. I felt like he knew what I wanted.

I have bought multiple cars now from Oliver. The biggest thing the brings me back is the customer service. Their customer service is beyond phenomenal. Whenever I had a question it always got answered. They also let me choose the car I wanted, it wasn't the other way around. I wont hesitate to go back.
