I was initially drawn to this vehicle because of the price. I purchased it for $7,500. I like that the vehicle is large and sits up high because I have children, and it makes me feel safe. The vehicle is comfortable, but it takes a long time to heat up and cool down. There is plenty of room for toting around all of my children's things, and I can always fold down the third-row seating for all of my groceries. I thought by purchasing this vehicle I would be saving on my monthly car payment, but the mileage stinks. I get approximately 15 miles to the gallon, which almost makes the very low monthly car payment moot. One of the major selling points of this vehicle was the DVD player. My children are very young and get restless on long car trips. The DVD player keeps them occupied and allows my husband and I to concentrate on driving safely. In conclusion, I am certain that when this car was purchased by the original owner brand new, it was nice and top-of-the-line for its day, but 8 years later, it is simply a vehicle that gets me and my family where I need to go and does so safely.
