Overpriced Ford F -150.
The 2012 Ford F-150 is an alright vehicle. I am not thrilled with it though. I am an owner of a 2005 Ford F-150, so this gives me a lot to compare the 2012 with. The 2012 is overpriced for what it is. The thing that really gets me about it is that all of the problems that were known problems in the 2005 have not changed. Come on, if Ford wants to up their price then they need to up their game. We all know that Ford has had an ongoing problem with the door seals falling out in cold weather. Every time the door is opened you have to stop and put the seal back on. The 2012 is still doing this. The older models had problems with the four wheel drive actuator. Well guess what the 2012 still does. I could go on and on about the things that never got changed but the price keeps going up.

I will always own a Ford 150
I have owned Ford F-150's since my early 20's and I'm 50 now. The one I'm currently driving is the truck I dreamed of for years. I waited until I could pay cash. I didn't want a large monthly payment to take away from my enjoyment of the truck. So, every time I start up my big, black, and beautiful Ford F-150 Lariat, I feel nothing but joy. The sound of the 5.4 liter, 8 cylinder engine never gets old. It’s a strong sound, a big sound. But is also has a smoothness to it—a refinement. A sound that says I am driving a strong and tough, but refined piece of equipment. It’s what they call a “Crew Cab.” Which means it has four full doors, and is huuuge inside—more room than most cars. And part of my “dream” when saving for this truck was that it would have all the bells and whistles. That’s what I saved for, and that’s what I got. Power windows and locks. Beautiful tan-leather seats. Even the window in the back that looks out to the bed is powered. It has running boards, a hydraulic bed cover, and big (but not too big) beefy tires that compliment the stature and status of a Ford F150. Its ride is "smooth as a Cadillac," but has a payload that could support any job on any site. In fact, I would be proud to drive up to any job site with this truck, and then after a good wash would be just as proud to hand my keys to a valet at the fanciest of restaurants. My Ford 150 was worth the money, and worth the wait!
