2016 Ford F-150 - Great space and good on gas.
We decided to purchase a truck this time around and love it so far. We traded in two cars to get it. The main purpose was to use to start a business, make money on the side and take road trips from time to time. Having a truck is a first for us and really hope we get the full use out of it because it's great.
Historia
The first week we had the truck, we had to adjust to how big it is. We went to a car show downtown and had to park in a garage. We were so close to hitting the top. It is now funny to think about, but at that time, we were terrified.
A Favor
We love the gas mileage we get for it being such a big truck. I love the styling and the red color we chose. Being that the truck body is aluminum, it makes the truck feel light on its feet. I love the speed and acceleration with it being twin turbocharged. The interior space is my favorite part. It has so much space and makes traveling much nicer. I love all the truck related features, such as bed lighting, towing guidance, trailer setup and all the hidden storage spots. I love the sport trim with the black interior. It gives it a nice look.
En Contra
I don't like the aluminum body because it costs more to repair if dented. I do not like the stereo system. I feel like it could be louder.
1995 Ford F-150 - Dependable, good-looking pickup.
This is the one for a dependable yet good-looking pickup. It is over twenty years old, yet it keeps going. I drive it everyday. The finish on this truck is incredible. I thoroughly wax it once a year, and it literally shines for the rest. No rust, and I park it outside. The engine has never had an issue. I did have to replace the master clutch cylinder and A/C compressor. That's it.
Historia
I used this truck to chauffeur a disabled lady on Sunday to church. My wife decided I should be a good spirit and dedicated me to this task. The F-150 was very accommodating to the wheel chair, and though getting in the seat was a challenge, overall everything worked out well.
A Favor
The finish is incredible. Over two years old, yet it still has a luster and no rust in spite of being parked outside. The engine just keeps going. This is my only vehicle, and I drive it each day. It is comfortable and accommodating. It takes me to church and to the lumber yard with equal pride.
En Contra
OK, this is a pickup. I can carry one passenger and cannot carry a lot of groceries, etc. If it is raining, the traction on a wet road is compromised, since the bed is typically empty and light. Reasonable caution is required. The audio choices are AM or FM. I have USB power by virtue of a cigarette lighter.

The customer service was incredible! the salesman listened to what I was looking for, never rushed me, never pressured me to purchase anything more than what I was looking for. Though I am 30, I look much younger, and am often brushed off by salesmen because of this; this was not the case. It overall was a stress free experience.

I just liked that the salesmen weren't high pressure and just kind of left me alone when I asked them to. They knew I was serious about buying so they just kind of did everything laid back and in a non stressful way. I hate when people try too hard to sell me stuff.
