I love the gas mileage in the car. I travel about 36 miles round trip for work each day, and the gas mileage is very impressive. It takes about $55 to fill up the tank from empty, and it lasts me about a week. It has great power and doesn't take much acceleration to increase the speed and make it up hills without any issues. The extended cab is a great option for the family. My kids of all ages have been able to ride in the cab with me and my partner to go anywhere around town. The truck is high enough that making turns makes it easy to see over curbs and potholes. It is easy to handle in the snow and rain as the power in the four-wheel drive is amazing.

Overall, I would say that the time I have had my 2013 F-150 has been some of the best years of my life. Given that I live a very active lifestyle, the versatility of my truck has benefited me nearly every day. Whether it is bringing my scuba gear to work, filling the bed with skis for a day in the back country, throwing a deer in the back, or simply laying down in the bed with my girlfriend to watch the stars, the versatility of my truck is priceless. Having a vehicle that is able to do so much, and perform off road when I decide to go down an unmaintained dirt road or drive on the beach, is nearly priceless in my opinion. Additionally, the interior is very well suited for dressing up or down. The leather seats that are both heated and cooled, touch screen, and stereo system are very nice amenities to have. In that sense, it seems almost as if the interior belongs in a luxury vehicle. This interior, combined with the durability and performance of a truck matches my lifestyle very well. The only downside that comes to mind with my truck is the fact that the gas mileage is not great, and it can certainly be difficult to park because of its size. But these downsides are minimal when compared to the immense advantages that come along with this vehicle.
