I was able to negotiate the price for $200 off. I was able to test drive the car. Once I placed a $500 deposit I was able to hold the car so no one else would purchase it. The employees were helpful and knowledgeable. The process to buy the car was simple. I communicated with the dealer instead of the owner which made the process less difficult.

Even though I did not purchase my used Ford Focus from them, they had no problem helping me when my car doors ceased to lock. They were prompt with my appointment time and the waiting lobby was nice. They also had no issue fitting me in when a locking mechanism failed just a couple days after it being repaired. Prompt, courteous, and friendly service.
