The customer service at Towne Ford is wonderful. It was time to trade in my mother's gas hogging SUV for a new hybrid. The 2014 Ford C-Max hybrid was the perfect replacement! They have always accommodated our needs during minor recalls. The service is fast and professional. They have earned our trust.
