It's small and affordable.
Overall, I think the Ford Fiesta is a good car for being so inexpensive. It has decent handling, is very affordable, and its small size allows for easy parking wherever I go. I do not like the look of the hatchback model personally, but I am more concerned with being able to afford driving and having something that is relatively dependable. The Ford Fiesta is also newer, so it came with a warranty which gives me confidence when driving it. I have had the car for almost one year and so far, I have not had any mechanical issues; though I did have to go in once to have the alignment adjusted and the tires were not wearing evenly even though I had them rotated when I was supposed to. Overall, the car has been reliable for me and I would recommend it to anyone who does not need a lot of seating space and does not care about the strange look.

Decent little car.
The car is very cute and sporty looking and gets amazing gas mileage. If kept up well, it averages 38-40 mpg on highways. As someone who is short, it is very comfortable driving for me. The heated seats move up and down to accommodate my smaller frame. Unfortunately, it is small so anyone taller than 5'5" is uncomfortable in the backseat for extended periods of time. The trunk is surprisingly large and holds 3 full size suitcases as well as travel bags. The trunk opening isn't as large, so it isn't easy to get a large cooler in and out. The interior is small so the inside of the vehicle heats up inside very quickly. This has resulted in my using the air conditioner as early as April (I live in the Pacific NW). Since the car is small, parallel parking and driving in tight parking garages is easy. The car corners well and drives well during periods of heavy rain. It is light so doesn't drive as well in snow, icy or windy conditions. The worst part of this car is that there has been 3 recalls on it: the software (which causes the car to randomly turn off), the gas economy system (which cases the car to stall while pressing on the gas), and now the door locking system. Each time, I have been notified by Ford and the car was repaired for free once the required parts arrived, but each item was serious enough to cause some stress while waiting for parts.
