Ford Focus Usados en Venta en London, OH

I like all the features. I love the navigation, moon roof, heated seats. It has leather interior, power seats and windows. It is loaded. What I dislike most about the vehicle is they have had a transmission recall going on for years with this vehicle. There is currently mass lawsuits against Ford because of the transmission problems, and Ford refuses to fix the problem. What happens is when you push the gas, it revs up but the car is very sluggish. If you are at a stop sign and you give it gas, it hardly goes. One time this happened to me when my kids were in the back, and it moved, then almost died in the intersection with cars coming at me. I was very upset, especially since my kids were in the car. I reported it to Ford, and they did absolutely nothing.

In the beginning this car was amazing! Great on gas, drove smooth, perfect car overall...until about 20k miles hit. The transmission issue that is common with Focus cars (however, I was told the 2015s had this problem fixed) kicked in. My car would stutter and jerk upon takeoff and had hard shifts. I have taken it to the dealership to be fixed three times, and it's now almost 2 years later, and it's still not fixed. While I love this car in terms of appearance and function, the transmission issue is really a killer. I don't think I'll go back to purchasing a Ford, this experience just left a bad taste.
