Used Ford Focus for Sale in McKeesport, PA

I bought this Ford Focus wagon thinking it would be a good car for my teenage drivers. The functionality of the roof rack and split folding seats were ideal for carting around snowboards, lacrosse sticks and the variety of athletic gear we carry. The good gas mileage was also attractive. While the features are helpful, the styling does not appeal to teens or my spouse so I ended up driving it. The car feels low cost. There is nothing about this car that feels luxurious. You feel the road, the car vibrates, and there is a tremendous amount of road noise.

After owning trucks and a crossover, I decided to downsize to a car with better mpg. I fell in love with the look of the Focus in grey, and chose the hatchback for a more interesting look. In spite of going from a V6 to a small four cylinder, I have not missed the bigger engine once. The Focus is smooth, gets good mpg, has enough space for myself and two kids and is a pleasure to drive. I have had no mechanical issues with it in the over two years of ownership. Still have original brakes and tire wear has been even. The controls are easy to see and reach. Sync system is easy to use. Going from large vehicles to a compact made me worry about feeling like I'm in a sardine can. That has not been an issue at all. I don't feel like I'm riding on the ground and, in spite of it's small size, it's made me feel very safe. I was t-boned by an F-250 that went through a red light, pushed over two lanes of traffic from his momentum, and airbags deployed, but we were not injured at all!
