Originally, our Ford Fusion had a transmission problem right off the lot. Because it is an energy saving car, we thought it was because of that, but the jerking increased. Ford stood by their warranty and fixed the car for us without charge. Since then, the car has handled well and runs well.

I really like that it is reliable and does not have issues. The car runs well and has a comfortable interior. These are the positives about the car. The issue is that the technology is not as strong. There is a major problem with the screen size. These issues are frustrating in 2018.
