Used Ford Ranger for Sale in Renton, WA

My Ford Ranger has been running forever with little to no maintenance and no break downs. This truck has been so reliable, I haven't ever had to take it to the shop. All I do is get the oil changed every three months and replace the tires. I have the fluids topped off or changed as needed, but the maintenance costs are incredibly low. I enjoy that it gets fairly good gas mileage, is made entirely of metal (no plastic bumpers or fenders here, folks) and the engine compartment is really easy to navigate.
