2000 Honda Accord - Good, reliable older vehicle.

My 2000 Honda Accord has been extremely reliable. I have not had any mechanical issues with it, and it always runs reliably. The only reason I wouldn't recommend this vehicle is the age. I like this car enough that I will be looking for another accord when I am in a position to get a new car. I think the quality of the interior is excellent. At seventeen years old, the leather is still in good condition, and all of the panels inside the vehicle are holding up very well.

Historia

I used it to go on a trip to Texas from Illinois. I went down to Texas to visit family and drove down there with by brother. We had a great time driving it and seeing things along the way.

A Favor

Very comfortable interior. I am a large guy (6'1'' 300 pounds), and I can get in and out easily, and there is plenty of head room for me as well. There is plenty of room for carrying things as well. The trunk is an appropriate size, so I don't have any problems with cargo. The model that I have has leather seats as well which is nice. Power windows and everything along with a still working A/C. I also have a sun roof which is occasionally nice to have.

En Contra

Rust around the wheel wells. It is to be expected for a car this age, but there isn't much I can do about it. Like I said earlier, I wouldn't recommend this car just because of the age. It is just a car, so if you want a large vehicle or a truck, this would not be any good. I only have one key, and getting a replacement from the dealer is nearly $500. It has to be done by a dealer, because there is a chip in the key that will prevent the car from starting if it does not detect the chips signal.

2011 Honda Accord - This is my first car.

I bought this car in the 2017 with the 43,000 miles on it. The car has a six-cylinder engine so it gives the very good pick up and at the same time it gives the reasonable mileage. It also has the heated seats along with the rear A/C vent, which is very important in the Chicago climate. It has got the moon roof, spacious trunk space. It also has the power seats and windows. We can adjust the seating position, which will be useful as soon as the driver gets into the car. Two seating positions can be saved if two people are driving the car.

Historia

I go to the 100-mile drive on every weekend with my family if weather permits. Have fixed the DVD player with two monitor on back of the two front seats. will play video songs or rhymes on DVD player while going for drive. My son enjoys the ride always. I love to see my son happy.

A Favor

The only problem I can see with this car is, it does not have the built-in Bluetooth or built-in Navigator. So I have been using the external Bluetooth device to connect the mobile device to play the audio. As it has got the six-cylinder engine, the engine gives the more noise than the four-cylinder engine.

It does not have many of the latest features as it is a seven-year-old car. If you go for the same car with the latest model, you will get many features.
